and you have no certification for mild steel plate. In the category some companies will supply any piece of material where the free stock is always freely submitted
as well. This influx of cheap material in the market place often is cause for great confusion and unhappiness amongst salesmen trying to cell certified material in
comparison with the "no-name" brand.
